What this site is

ardenttitanite.com is the front door to the services Titanite runs: a changelog of what has changed across them, and a sign-in that carries you into the tools you have access to.

The services themselves have their own terms. This document covers this domain.

Signing in

Sign-in uses your Discord account, so your account here is your Discord account. Keep it secure. Anything done through it is treated as done by you.

We can suspend or remove access at any time, including access to any tool this sign-in reaches.

Access to the tools

Access is granted per person and per service. Having a sign-in does not entitle you to any particular tool, and being given one thing does not carry over to the next.

Use what you are given for the work it was given to you for. Do not share access with somebody who was not granted it.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

If you use this site for a business purpose, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Titanite is not liable for loss you suffer from using this site, from relying on anything published on it, or from it being unavailable.

Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or with Discord. Both are named here because we use their services, not because they endorse ours.

Changes and law

We update these terms when the site changes. The date above says when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

New Zealand law governs these terms, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
