Privacy Policy
What ardenttitanite.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

If you only read the site
We do not ask you for anything. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics here. The landing page and the changelog work without knowing who you are.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes your request and may log an IP address and request details to serve the page and to protect the site from attack. That logging is Cloudflare's, under its own policy.
If you sign in
Sign-in uses your Discord account. We receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We store your Discord ID so we know who you are on your next visit, and a session in your browser so you stay signed in.
That session is what carries you into the tools you have access to. Each of those has its own privacy policy covering what it holds.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your real name, your address, your date of birth, or any payment details.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare, which serves the site.
- Discord, which handles sign-in.
Nobody buys it and nobody rents it. Our servers are in a data centre outside New Zealand, so the information is stored overseas.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to remove your sign-in and what is attached to it.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Security and changes
Access to anything that writes to these services is limited to accounts holding the specific permission for the job. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim ours is.
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date above says when we last did.
See also the Terms of Service. Requests reach us through the Discord server for whichever service you are asking about.
